Shipping policy

Each GINNY GREY piece is made to order. Which means each garment is individually cut and made in our Perth studio once your order has been placed, so please allow up to 14 business days before your order is dispatched.

All GINNY GREY orders are dispatched from our studio in Perth, Western Australia.

We will email you a confirmation which includes your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

When checking out please keep in mind that all deliveries require a signature and that standard delivery times are Monday-Friday 9-5.

Australia

GINNY GREY  will be charged a flat rate of $10.00 for shipping within Australia.

Please allow 2 - 8 working days for delivery.

New Zealand

GINNY GREY  will be charged a flat rate of $20.00 for standard international shipping. Please allow 8-15 days for delivery.

International

GINNY GREY  will be charged a flat rate of $30.00 for standard international shipping. Please allow 8-20 days for delivery, depending on location.

GINNY GREY cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or private bags.

For international orders, local guidelines apply once your purchase is in your country. Incurring customs duties and/or local taxes can happen with any international online purchase. These charges are determined by your destination, and the contents and value of the consignment. Charges of this nature are the responsibility of the receiver and not GINNY GREY.

All care is taken to deliver your order promptly, however GINNY GREY takes no responsibility for postage delays beyond our control.

We do not accept responsibility for postage delays caused by insufficient delivery information.
