Each GINNY GREY piece is made to order, which means each garment is individually cut and made in our Perth studio once your order has been placed. It takes time to make your garments, so please consider your purchase carefully.
Once production has started on your order, no cancellation or changes are able to be made.
We do not accept returns on custom or made-to-measure items.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to contact GINNY GREY via Sheena@ginnygrey.com.au to request a return/exchange.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may return the item for an alteration or exchange of size, or style. Credit will be issued if there is no available exchange option. Please note that if an item is returned for an exchange, the replacement item will have to be made to order (as usual) so please allow up to 14 working days from the completion of the return, before the replacement item is dispatched.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, unlaundered and without any damage.
Items may only be returned for a full refund if the item is deemed faulty by GINNY GREY and is not able to be repaired or replaced.
GINNY GREY will not accept the return of items which have been damaged due to general wear and tear.
If the return is accepted by GINNY GREY, we will provide confirmation and a return address. The item must be returned to that address within 14 days of confirmation. All returns must be sent with tracking and signature upon delivery. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs including duties and taxes applicable to international orders. The customer holds responsibility for the item until it is received by GINNY GREY.
