At Ginny Grey, every piece is made to order with care and purpose. We do not hold excess stock or produce garments in advance — each order is created especially for you once your purchase is placed. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to be cut and sewn.
We understand that purchasing online can feel different to shopping in person, which is why we encourage you to take a moment before ordering. Please read product descriptions carefully, review sizing details, and consider whether the style, fabric, and silhouette truly feel right for you. Change of Mind
For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind.

Faulty Garments
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Store Credit (At Our Discretion)
In certain circumstances, and at our discretion, we may offer a store credit. Any approved returns must be in new, unworn condition.
